Barrack Dragoon Concept

So it's been a while that I drew the Barrack lizards I introduced a while back so I thought I should do something cool and think of different variations of the race in this nifty little mugshot chart
I also made it so that each row represented a different side to the race.

The first row being the more normal, basic features of the Barracks
there's the base head, the one i used to inspire all the other ones
The Hunter: These guys are born with horns jutting forward, a symbol of impalement to those who stand in there way and a show of a fighters rank.
The Lord: More elaborate horn placement, usually having the most horns out of the others and sometimes sporting extra flaps of skin melded to their horns and more seen as fins. These guys are normally seen as the upper class or the more carefully bred Barrack.

The second row shows the more aggressive bunch of lizards.
The Berserker: Born with a strange deformity of both their cheeks missing, reveling their also deformed teeth which have grown to be twice the size of a regular Barrack, these guys are mainly either outcasted or trained to be more of a "disposable" lot. They won't be missed if they die in a fight.
The Grim: When one's bones tend to over grow past their normal rate, they tend to skewer out random around their bodies, the upside is that their bones are much tougher than the rest, making them harder to injure and even harder to kill. Although their have deformed bones just like the Berserkers, this is probably why they are not as hated, they won't die so easily.
The Backstabber: Their muzzles protrude in a more sleek manner along with their long profile horns, making them seem like the sly and cunning type. From birth they are normally chosen to become a tool of stealth and negotiation. These guys have one hell of a silver tongue.

The third row shows a more passive side of the Barracks, rarely seem among all their other brothers and sisters.
The Peacemaker: Having larger and smoother horns, they prefer to keep themselves in a more defensive outlook. Their bones are almost as tough as the Grims but these guys rarely get into fights.
The Void: Following the voices of the world around them, they keep their eyes shut through most of their lifetime and filing down their horns to show that they don't believe in violence..plus if they happen to bump into someone accidentally, the other person won't get stabbed by a sharp horn. They are normally brought up as shamans or prophets
The Longing: Living mostly to just please worldly needs and cower when there is any large conflicts, they look out mostly for themselves. Doesn't mean they can't fight, just means they prefer not to. Horns curve into a more graceful and suave look, making them a social favorite for most other races. They almost look cute in the right light.
